Without that fix we have the following error when trying to build a
tarball that needs to be created with librefetch:
$PKGEXT does not contain a valid package suffix (needs '.pkg.tar*',
got '<pkgname>-<pkgver>.pkg.tar.xz')
I was told by bill-auger on #parabola that it could be fixed by applying this change:

So I'm adding this patch to the libretools package.

The information on the removals is based on the
"modules_requiring_special_treatment" file that has been sent by Wael
(the PKGBUILD author) on the parabola dev mailing list.
The pkgrev was not bumped because this commit should contain no
functional changes, and also because a packages were not built and
released yet.

* Remove patching of more-from-mozilla-qr-code-advanced.svg, dropped
upstream [1].
* Add removal of winapi-{i686,x86_64}-pc-windows-gnu folders as these
seem to contain some suspicious prebuilt static libraries [2]
