Add fwupd

This issue has been reported more than 1 year ago[1] and nobody fixed
it, so it's safer to remove fwupd than expect someone else to make a
libre version.

In addition I'm not sure that only removing the LVFS repository is
enough to get an FSDG compliant version as we'd need to review the other
repositories as well.

For instance if they contain coreboot images, coreboot is known to
include nonfree binaries or microde and even require them for a lot of
devices.

Though if the "firmware" binaries are 100% free software and can be
built with 100% free software (but wasn't necessarily built with a
100% free software or FSDG compliant toolchain), as I understand that
should be enough to be able to include such repository.
