Ronn doesn't work anymore: $ ronn `RubyGems' were not loaded. /usr/bin/ronn:9:in `require': cannot load such file -- rubygems (LoadError) from /usr/bin/ronn:9:in `<main>' and libretools fails to build because of that. Without that fix we have the following error when trying to build a tarball that needs to be created with librefetch: $PKGEXT does not contain a valid package suffix (needs '.pkg.tar*', got '<pkgname>-<pkgver>.pkg.tar.xz') I was told by bill-auger on #parabola that it could be fixed by applying this change: https://git.parabola.nu/packages/libretools.git/commit/?h=wip-2022-01&id=23321a3f77ecbb76b4fc79adfbf212d07dc3a0f1 So I'm adding this patch to the libretools package. This modification was done with a patch rather than pushing it directly to libretools for several reasons: - I'm not familiar enough with libretool so the patch needs to be reviewed. - We still need to unbreak libretools to be able to build the kernel packages, for instance to fix the zombiload security issue. We need to get new kernel out, however this is not possible at the time because their PKGBUILDs don't work with read-only startdir, which is enforced by libretools.
